Name, image and identity

The name, image, voice, signature and biography of Lora Hristova are part of her personal and commercial identity. Their commercial use, including in advertising, products, packaging, trade names, domain names or as an endorsement, requires prior written consent.

A public fact, such as a sporting result, does not grant a right of commercial use, nor of association with Olympic, federation or IBU rights. Reporting such a fact in a news item or a feature remains free; using it in order to sell something does not.

Consent for one use does not extend to another. A permission given for a particular campaign, channel, territory and period does not extend beyond them and is not transferable to third parties.

Photographs and copyright

The right to one’s image is not the same as the copyright in a specific photograph or video. Copyright belongs to the respective photographer, videographer, agency, media outlet or organiser. The fact that Lora Hristova appears in an image does not make the image hers, and does not allow it to be sublicensed from here.

Every photograph on this site is used with documented provenance and carries a visible credit to the rights holder. The images on this site are not free to download, republish or reuse by third parties.

Credits and provenance

The photographs from competitions and from the Olympic Games belong to the NordicFocus agency and are used under a contract with it. They carry the credit “Photo: NordicFocus”. For licensing of NordicFocus photographs, please contact the agency directly; this site cannot sublicense any rights in them.

The personal images are provided by Lora Hristova from her own archive. The images from the “Troyan Does Sport” festival were taken during the event with the consent of the organisers and of the parents of the participating children, obtained before the event.

Individual portraits are the work of the photographer Victor Tsolov and are used with his permission, credited “Photo: Victor Tsolov”. The videos on this site belong to the International Biathlon Union and the Bulgarian News Agency; they are shown embedded from their official channels and no copies of them are stored here.

If you believe an image on this site is used without a proper basis, please write to contact@lora-hristova.com. We will check its provenance and, if you are right, the image will be taken down.

Olympic imagery and marks

Photographs related to the Olympic Games are used in an editorial context only, to tell the sporting story of Lora Hristova, and are not available for commercial use or for reuse by third parties.

The Olympic symbols, the names of the Games, the emblems of the International Olympic Committee and of the Bulgarian Olympic Committee, as well as the marks of the International Biathlon Union and of the Bulgarian Biathlon Federation, are protected marks of the respective organisations. This site claims no rights in them, shows them in an editorial context only and does not associate them with sponsorship or commercial content.

For the same reason, the brands visible on race clothing in certain images belong to sponsors of the federation and of the international federation. They are not presented as personal sponsors of Lora Hristova, and their presence in an image does not indicate a partnership with her.

The content of this site

The texts, arrangement, design and source code of this site are protected by copyright. Their reproduction, in whole or in part, in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without express written consent. Quoting short extracts with attribution and a link to the page remains free.

Artificial intelligence and synthetic media

Creating or distributing images, video or voice of Lora Hristova by means of artificial intelligence, deepfake or voice cloning is not permitted, including where the material is labelled as synthetic.

The content of this site is not made available for the training of artificial intelligence models, for text and data mining for commercial purposes, or for automated collection by crawlers, save with express written consent.

Fan content

Fans may share public content on their personal profiles with attribution to the source. Commercial use, advertising, outdoor advertising, the sale of goods bearing the image or the name, and the creation of profiles, pages or domains presenting themselves as official, all require written permission.

Official profiles

The only official profiles are those listed on this site. Any profile, page, channel or website presenting itself as Lora Hristova without being confirmed here is not official and does not speak on her behalf.

Reports of fake profiles, manipulated content and unauthorised commercial use are accepted at contact@lora-hristova.com. Please describe where you saw the material and attach a link or a screenshot.
